THE COMPANY
We are working with a blockchain startup that is changing the industry. Having raised two rounds in seven months, they are poised to grow rapidly as they look towards their next round of fundraising. They are looking for a talented Protocol Engineer to join their team and own projects, end to end.
ROLE OVERVIEW – Protocol Engineer
In this role, you will be owning projects and working on production-level code in your first month – even more, you’ll push code in your first week. As Protocol Engineer you will be mentoring more junior engineers and building highly scalable backend distributed systems and cloud infrastructure. Other responsibilities include:
- Writing production-level code in Golang
- Building AWS infrastructure and working with Kubernetes and Docker
- COMPLETELY owning projects and being a thought leader within the engineering team
SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS
- BS/MS in Computer Science
- Must be extremely well versed in Web3
- Expertise with Golang, AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes
- Must be excited to work in the space and ready for a startup environment
- Blockchain experience is a huge plus
THE BENEFITS
As a Protocol Engineer, you will receive a $220,000 - $280,000 base salary and significant equity.
