Summary: 

Our award-winning client is seeking a Production Engineer to join their team.This thriving chemical production company, located near Napa Valley, seeks a skilled Production Engineer to join their modern facility. You'll play a vital role in optimizing plant performance, ensuring safe and high-quality production, and fostering a healthy work-life balance with a hybrid schedule.

Responsibilities: 

  • Optimize daily production for maximum efficiency and business goal achievement.
  • Champion continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence strategies.
  • Develop and maintain clear unit operations manuals and standard operating procedures.
  • Oversee process design changes and implement plant system updates following Management of Change procedures.
  • Collaborate with vendors and contractors as the process owner.
  • Commission new process equipment and ensure seamless integration.
  • Conduct internal training sessions to empower your team.
  • Provide operational and technical support to project coordinators.

Required Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering required.
  • 3-10 years of production or operations experience is essential.
  • Familiarity with PSM/OSHA regulated work environments is a must.
  • Strong problem-solving skills are key to success.
