Requirements:
Expert in ActionScript 3 classes (Flex 3 or Flash preferred), PHP5 OOP, Application Web Development experience.

A Plus:

2. Adobe Media Server 3
3. MVC frameworks (CakePHP, KohanaPHP, Zend)
