Role- Tech Lead/Staff - Frontend Software Engineer

Responsibilities:

1. Provide technical leadership and build high performing teams within your organization, including mentoring team members and providing technical support for engineers on the team.
2. Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and other disciplines to develop all of companies US businesses.
3. Be responsible for developing all of US Shop businesses - which will involve exciting projects covering user growth, homepage, discovery channel, page build system etc.

Requirements/Minimum Qualification:

1. Bachelor or higher degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline with 5+ years of related working experience on Frontend development.
2. 1+ years of experience of managing or tech-leading a software engineering team.
3. Proven experience with JavaScript/HTML/CSS, React/Vue/Angular.
4. Proven experience in solving browser compatibility issues and optimizing front-end performance.
5. Proven experience in understanding of business, technical abstraction and system module design.
6. Large-scale website architecture experience.

Job Overview
Role- Senior Frontend Software Engineer

Responsibilities:

1. Work closely with product managers and designers to deliver state of the art user experience in supply chain systems and platforms.
2. In-depth understanding of supply chain business and focus on building world-class systems and platforms, which combine usability, accessibility, elegance, performance, and maintainability.
3. Responsible for developing common capabilities for supply chain business.
4. Regularly communicate with business teams and contribute to technical decisions on projects among the product.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor or above degree in Computer Science or related major, 5+ years of industry experience in a software development environment.
2. Proficiency in Javascript, ES5/6, CSS and strong knowledge of data structures and algorithms.
3. Understanding of component-based development ideas, familiarity with React, Angular, Vue.js, or any other equivalent library / framework.
4. Experience in solving CSS/JS multi-browser compatibility problems and front-end performance optimization.
5. Understanding of construction and continuous integration, familiarity with at least one construction tool.
6. Strong logical thinking ability, good at analyzing, summarizing, and solving problems, loves front-end technology and focuses on technological development.
7. Self-driven, strong learning ability, lively and cheerful personality.
8. Having in-depth research in engineering, componentization, data visualization and other directions is a plus.
9. Experience in Node.js development and understanding of back-end technologies is a plus.
10. Active in technical communities or having open-source work or technical blogs is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $148,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
