Job Description:

Analyze organizational information challenges, current processes, procedures and subsequently recommend and implement new processes that improve system efficiency, productivity, consistency, controls and protocols across the enterprise

* Analyze business requirements and criticality to prioritize project backlog

* Interact with stakeholders, end-users, and various IT teams to implement and support Supply Chain Systems (Smoothie, Adexa, Scheduling Tools, Planning Reports, MRP Planning) in the Supply Chain Planning, Scheduling, and Production Control areas
* Collaborate closely with Architect, Developers, and QA to transition user requirements into functional and test case documents
* Conduct system demos, recommend the appropriate module and feature configurations, provide user training documents and training sessions, and document outcomes of systemtesting
* Assist with user acceptance testing process
* Lead project execution and roll out with stakeholders
* Adhere to IS change control procedures
* Create and maintain end to end business process functionality documentation for Microchip standard practices

Requirements/Qualifications:

Excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders and communicate business requirements to IT functional and technical staff
* Have good listening, leadership, facilitator and interpersonal skills
* Work with both technical and non-technical user community
* Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to write / review / maintain documentation clearly describing all elements of software & applications (including project charter, project plan, functional requirement document, test plan, deployment plan)
* Excellent analytical skills in evaluating and interpreting end user information requirements, trouble shooting, problem solving, data extraction & analysis, & IT system comprehension
* Have strong time management, project management, and presentation skills
* Familiar with the Software development life cycle (SDLC) as it pertains to delivering software solutions and Agile development methodology
* Travel to multiple locations during projects when needed
* Willing to work flex hours to meet with offshore stakeholders or project team members when needed

Education and Experience
* Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business or equivalent work experience
* 7+ years of Implementation and Support of Supply Chain and MRP Planning Systems
* Experience in MRP planning, manufacturing, purchasing, and shipping knowledge with the aptitude to apply to operational processes
* Demonstrated experience building business partnerships, change management, project management, and problem-solving skills
* Demonstrated experience identifying performance issues and implementing processes and systems to improve quality and efficiency
* Proficient with Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Word
* Experience with process modelling tools
