Salesforce Inc. seeks MTS Software Engineer in Seattle, WA:

Job Duties:

1. Architect, design, implement, test, and deliver high-quality features on the Salesforce product.
2. The phases of development of a feature are tracked using agile methodology, and the MTS Engineer is responsible for defining time requirements and work as agile tasks.
3. Master the development process, culture, and codebase to deliver timely quality features and improve existing ones.
4. Research latest technology updates to learn and understand them for quick adoption and implementations.
5. Support the team by fixing bugs, violations, and vulnerabilities within the codebase.
6. Develop new and existing test strategies, design automation frameworks, and write unit/functional tests to drive up code coverage and automation metrics.
7. Participate in the team’s on-call rotation to address complex problems in real-time and keep services operational and highly available.

Minimum Requirements:

Master’s degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering (any field), or a related quantitative discipline, and two (2) years of experience in the field of software engineering/program analysis or two (2) years of experience in the job offered OR Bachelor’s degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering (any field), or a related quantitative discipline, and five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in the field of software engineering/program analysis or five (5) years of experience in the job offered.

A related technical degree required (Computer Science, Engineering (any field)).

Salary: $168,709.00 - $172,536.00 per annum.

For Washington-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $168,709 to $172,536.
