We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inputting, updating, and maintaining data in our database systems with a high level of accuracy. This role requires excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently under deadlines.
Key Responsibilities

• Accurately enter and update data into database systems, spreadsheets, and other applications.
• Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Identify and correct data discrepancies.
• Generate and produce reports as needed.
• Assist in data migration and cleanup projects.
• Support other administrative tasks as required.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in data entry or related field is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and data entry software.
• Excellent typing skills (minimum (insert desired WPM) words per minute) with a high degree of accuracy.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
