We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inputting, updating, and maintaining data in our database systems with a high level of accuracy. This role requires excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently under deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately enter and update data into database systems, spreadsheets, and other applications.
- Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Identify and correct data discrepancies.
- Generate and produce reports as needed.
- Assist in data migration and cleanup projects.
- Support other administrative tasks as required.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in data entry or related field is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and data entry software.
- Excellent typing skills (minimum (insert desired WPM) words per minute) with a high degree of accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
