Job Title: Senior Data Engineer (2 positions)
Location: Chicago, IL (preference), Nashville, TN, Indianapolis, IN, Evansville, IN, or Minneapolis, MN
Contract term: Contract to Hire
We are currently seeking two experienced Senior Data Engineers to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in building pipelines, utilizing Azure Data Factory, Python, Databricks, and the Azure Data stack.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and build data pipelines to efficiently process and transfer data
- Utilize Azure Data Factory for data integration and orchestration
- Develop and maintain code in Python for data processing and analysis
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop solutions using Databricks
- Implement and optimize solutions within the Azure Data stack
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in data engineering roles
- Hands-on experience with building data pipelines
- Proficiency in Azure Data Factory, Python, Databricks, and the Azure Data stack
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
