We seek a Land Development Senior Project Manager to spearhead the establishment of a new office in the Salt Lake City area, contributing to our growth in Utah's dynamic market while building upon our established presence in Fort Worth and Denver.
As the Land Development Project Manager, your role entails overseeing multiple land development projects, prioritizing client satisfaction and project excellence. You'll play a pivotal role in acquiring clients and their projects, while providing direction to project engineers and designers for seamless project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate, mentor, and nurture a team of skilled engineers and designers.
- Execute various project management duties, including reporting and client invoice approvals.
- Strategically forecast future workloads, staffing needs, and project budgets.
- Contribute to strategic marketing efforts and proposal generation.
- Possess advanced proficiency in all facets of land development design and methodologies.
- Coordinate effectively with internal staff, project consultants, clients, and regulatory agencies.
- Possession of a P.E. certification.
- Availability for on-site visits.
- At least 4 years of experience managing site development projects independently.
- Mastery of critical technical aspects of Land Development Engineering.
- Demonstrated leadership acumen.
- Ability to decipher and apply public agency regulations and procedures.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, HEC-RAS, CUHP, and SWMM software functionalities.
- Capability to provide guidance on software tool application to engineers.
- Preference for experience in Construction Administration, local market knowledge, and single/multi-family residential development.

Pay Range:
$120,000 - $180,000 annually. Actual compensation dependent on individual qualifications and experience.
