Job Requirements / Description

We are looking for a Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong typing and data entry skills, have knowledge of Microsoft Office, can type 7500 + ks/h, as well as attention to detail. The Data Entry Clerk will be responsible for entering data into our computer systems, as well as maintaining and updating our databases.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Assist with special, time sensitive projects as needed
  • Enter variety of data using current technology
  • Create and maintain logs for tracking purposes
  • Gather and organize data to be entered into Excel spreadsheet
  • Work with confidential company and client information
  • Process documents by reviewing information and verifying accuracy
  • Accurately enter and update data into our systems from various source documents
  • Verify and review data for errors, inconsistencies, and missing information
  • Maintain data confidentiality and adhere to data entry protocols
  • Perform regular data backups to ensure the security of information
  • Organize and maintain files, records, and documentation for easy retrieval

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Advanced 10-key and typing skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Previous experience in data entry or other related fields
  • Ability to multi-task while inputting information
