Your new role
As the Building Engineer, you will be in charge of delivering all preventative maintenance duties of a portion of the commercial office building portfolio. Your duties will include, but are not limited to mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, preventative maintenance, etc.
What you'll need to succeed
- You will have a minimum of 6+ years of building engineering experience.
- 07 License highly preferred but not required
- You will have excellent communication skills internally and externally and the ability to work with a team.
- Experience with all general maintenance requirements of the building (electrical, plumbing, preventative)
- Must have the ability to troubleshoot and read/understand blueprints
