What you'll be doing...
As a Sr. UX Designer, you'll use your knowledge, technical prowess, and design skills to continue to extend a platform that empowers people to see and understand data: analyzing data, answering questions, forecasting the future, crafting visualizations, and sharing insights. You'll work together with engineering, product management, user research, and content experience to set the vision for analytics and build impactful cross-discipline teams.
Some job responsibilities include:
- Turning complex and technical concepts into experiences that feel simple and straightforward.
- Crafting scenarios, user flows, wireframes, and working prototypes that clearly communicate design intent.
- Working directly with engineers and PMs on projects from beginning to end, creating beautiful and intuitive product experiences.
- Collaborating closely with your peers in the design and broader experience organization, contributing to shared initiatives and operational improvements.
- Fostering a healthy design practice by giving and receiving feedback with maturity and perspective.
Who you are:
Experienced: 3 or more years' experience doing UX design in complex, technical product spaces, with a background in HCI, Design, or a related field.
Highly Skilled: Deep experience crafting and leading user-centered design solutions across a range of platforms and business contexts. Please provide a design portfolio link or document with your application.
Analytical: Hands-on experience analyzing data and using analytic software products. You love understanding data, patterns, and trends.
A Leader: Smart but humble, you lead by example and hold yourself and others to high standards.
Strategic: You help others connect their work to business strategy through effective communication.
Proactive: You take initiative and drive your projects to success.
A life-long learner: You find and share new design tools and processes.
