Desktop Engineer | On-site in Dallas, TX | $55,000 - $75,000 + Bonus and Benefits
We are currently working with an established firm who are looking to add an experienced Desktop Engineer to their team as they continue to invest heavily in their IT. This person will be responsible for helpdesk, desktop and systems support to end users, and will be working closely with the IT Infrastructure team. The ideal candidate has excellent experience with White-Glove Support, and has great communication skills.
Qualifications:
- M365 troubleshooting
- SCCM experience beneficial Desktop Support in corporate environment
- Active Directory
- White Glove Support Experience
- Network troubleshooting
