About the team
Our Trust and Safety engineering team is responsible for building machine learning models and systems to identify and defend internet abuse and fraud on our platform. We embrace state-of-the-art machine learning technologies to detect and improve the tremendous amount of data generated on the platform.

What You'll Do

1. Play an important role in building the trust and safety machine learning model
2. Work on highly-scalable classifiers, predictive models and algorithms in big data mining, computer vision, NLP and other domains
3. Work with engineering teams to implement model pipeline and deploy the service at scale
4. Collaborate with product team to define objectives and improve trust and safety strategy
5. Collaborate with data analyst to understand and find data patterns

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications

1. BS degree with 2+ years’ industrial experience, or a MS/PhD degree with 1+ years' relevant experience
2. Hands-on experience in one or more of the areas: machine learning, deep learning, pattern recognition, anomaly detection, data mining, computer vision, NLP or content understanding
3. Programming skills in Python and similar languages, and a deep understanding of data structures and algorithms
4. Good communication and teamwork skills, be passionate about learning new techniques and taking on challenging problems

Job Information:
Compensation Description (annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $137750 - $237500 annually. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location.
