Responsibilities:

• Participate in and consult on moderately complex Software Engineering initiatives and deliverables.
• Analyze and contribute to the resolution of Software Engineering challenges.
• Collaborate with client personnel on ServiceNow development projects.
• Leverage understanding of company policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Contribute to large-scale planning related to Software Engineering deliverables.

• 4+ years of Software Engineering experience or equivalent demonstrated experience.
• Strong ServiceNow development background with expertise in Virtual Agent, Mobile, and Portal development.
• Proficiency in .NET and C# programming languages.
