What You Need to Succeed

1. PhD degree in machine learning, AI, computer science, statistics, or scene semantic understanding; or equivalent practical experience.
2. 0-1+ years of experience in a related field.
3. Strong communication skills, with experience conveying research findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
4. Proven team experience, as collaboration is a key part of how we work.
5. Proficiency in a programming language, preferably Python, as you'll contribute to quality ML software development.
