Salary - $50,000 - $65,000 per year

GS Solutions are partnered with a growing MSP who are recruiting for an IT Support Engineer to provide a white glove service for one of their clients located in Pompano Beach, FL.

Job Description;

• Provide remote and on-site technical support to end users (predominantly level 2 support)
• Troubleshoot and resolve end user, network, and software issues
• Complete and implement technical support projects and tasks
• Experience supporting and troubleshooting desktops, servers, and applications
• Experience support infrastructure and network
• Previous MSP Experience beneficial
