IAM Engineer

Prudential is seeking an experienced IAM Engineer to join their team. The IAM Engineer will be responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of our Identity and Access Management (IAM) system. The ideal candidate will have experience with Siteminder and Forgerock.
Responsibilities:

• Design and implement IAM solutions that meet the needs of our organization.
• Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and standards for IAM.
• Perform user access reviews, audit, and compliance functions related to IAM.
• Develop and maintain IAM architecture, including directory services, single sign-on (SSO), and access management.
• Configure, deploy, and manage IAM products such as Siteminder and Forgerock.
• Implement, maintain, and troubleshoot IAM integrations with other systems.
• Work closely with the security team to ensure IAM policies align with security standards.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for IAM-related issues.
• Participate in the development of IAM-related documentation, training, and user guides.
• Stay current with the latest IAM technologies and trends.

• 5+ years of experience in IAM design, implementation, and support.
• Expertise in IAM products such as Siteminder and knowledge of Forgerock
• Familiarity with directory services, SSO, and access management concepts.
• Strong understanding of IAM protocols such as SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect.
• Experience working with authentication and authorization technologies.
• Experience with IAM integration with other systems such as HR and ERP systems.
