eGaN Power Device Design Engineer

EPC is a technology leader and one of the leading suppliers of gallium nitride (GaN) power devices and IC products. Our business is growing rapidly and needs a strong candidate for our technology development team.

Essential Functions:

1. Design and development of eGaN power device products.
2. Design masks and develop new products, including DOE plan of engineering lots, test program, data analysis, new product qualification.
3. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including technology characterization, design and process integration, product engineering, reliability, and failure analysis.

Job Requirements:

1. Good knowledge of power semiconductor device physics.
2. Power semiconductor new product introduction experience.
3. CAD mask design experience is a plus.

Education/Experience:

1. Education and work experience: MS in electrical engineering or materials science, 3 years experience, or Ph.D. education.
