Architectural Designer/Interior Designer

We're currently hiring for a 4+ year Architectural Designer/Job Captain, and a 6+ year Interior Designer to support a growing healthcare studio. In this role, you'll be working with a well-established team helping bring ground up and renovation projects through fruition.

Candidates should have a minimum 2 years of experience in the healthcare design sector and must live in the greater Pittsburgh region.

Architectural Job Captain Responsibilities: 4+ Years of Experience Required

• Maintain client relationships and communication throughout project phases to ensure client needs and design standards are being met
• Review and coordinate submittals and shop drawings
• Assure design deliverables meet project requirements including schedule, budget, and scope as outlined in the contract
• Lead and oversee healthcare design phases for architectural projects from inception through completion
• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure integrated design solutions
• Perform site visits as needed
• Attend township/developer meetings
• Assist with Permitting

Interior Designer Responsibilities: 6+ Years of Experience Required

• Generate architectural concepts for interior projects
• Interpret, organize, execute, and coordinate interior design assignments
• Plan and Design interior aspects of large projects
• Develop concepts and Approaches
• Provide subject matter expertise on specific components of interior design

Qualifications:

• Progress towards RA/NCIDQ Preferred
• Bachelors of Architecture or Interior Design Required
• Software Familiarity with REVIT Required
• Software Familiarity with Bluebeam, Rhino, Enscape, SketchUp, and Adobe is a plus
• 2+ years of healthcare project experience is required
