Primary Responsibilities:
Responsible for technical resources for network related projects. Develop an enterprise network architecture strategy to support our growth focused on scalability, performance, and availability. Implement network MPLS circuits and escalate related issues for all locations. Change management process and implementation of network (WAN/LAN), firewall, and router changes to environment. Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve hardware, software and other network and system issues. Replacing faulty network hardware components when required. Install, configure, maintain and troubleshoot network switches, firewalls, data diodes and routers. Responsible for network patch management (switches, routers and firewalls) deployment. Perform root-cause analysis on IT and end-user support issues; evaluate documented resolutions, analyzing trends and developing appropriate technical or training solutions to prevent future problems.
