We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Developer with 8 to 12 years of experience in Java, Angular, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid model primarily during day shifts. This role does not require travel. The Sr. Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining web applications that align with our company’s goals and objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of web applications using Java, Angular, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Ability to read and write code in Java, Angular, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Be independent in finding technical solutions; resourceful in finding answers through trial and error.
• Maintain strong development quality and attention to detail.
• Oversee the implementation of user interfaces that are both functional and aesthetically pleasing.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior developers on the team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs in a timely manner.
• Maintain code quality, organization, and automation.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Develop and execute unit tests to ensure the reliability of the application.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
• Work closely with product managers to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Document development processes, code changes, and other relevant information.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process and team efficiency.

Qualifications

• Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Have a minimum of 8 years of experience in software development with a focus on Java and Angular.
• Demonstrate strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Show experience in developing responsive web applications.
• Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Have strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Be familiar with version control systems like Git.
• Possess knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
• Have experience with RESTful APIs and web services.
• Show a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
• Demonstrate the ability to work in a hybrid work model.
• Be capable of managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Have a proactive attitude and the ability to take initiative.

Certifications Required

Certified Java Developer, Angular Certification, HTML5 and CSS3 Certification.
