We design richly compelling experiences that improve the daily lives of millions of customers - whether they are at home, in our stores, or on the go. We also craft world-class experiences that enable our merchants, suppliers, sellers and 2.1 million in-store associates to deliver great value to our customers on a daily basis.

The Data Experiences design system team builds and maintains a sub system and standards for data centric tools that are used in products and services at Walmart, which enhance the lives of millions of Americans. If you are motivated by complex challenges and want to equip our design, product, and engineering partners with a system that enables them to move faster, and with more confidence, a design role at Walmart could be what you've been looking for.

As a UX Designer for design systems, you'll be an integral part of driving inclusive, scalable, and useful solutions to a broad set of teams, transforming complex information and tasks into easy-to-use patterns for millions of customers and associates. To do this, you'll create scalable solutions that balance business, technology, and brand considerations. You will create and champion an experience that is highly engaging, usable and deliver pixel-perfect detailed designs. You will build relationships with your product, engineering, and design partners to evangelize the power of design systems and embed them across the organization.

In addition, there are opportunities to help on conventional feature driven work from time to time, so you can see through patterns and help connect them into workflows for launch.

By innovating on the world's biggest stage, you will have the chance to shape the future of retail and beyond. If you are motivated by complex, purposeful challenges, being a UX Designer for design systems at Walmart could be the fit you've been looking for.
