The Senior Control System Engineer role responsibilitie

  • s:Automation Standar ds: Contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of company automation standards in SCADA/HMI/PLC programmin
  • g.Technical Documentati on: Create comprehensive electrical and networking diagrams for large-scale projects using AutoCAD or SolidWorks. Develop technical documentation, including Technical User Manuals and Detailed Design Specification document
  • s.Vendor Collaborati on: Continuously research and collaborate with automation vendors on sensors, controls, and testing equipment for potential projects and system upgrade
  • s.Database Maintenan ce: Maintain, update, and backup SQL and Historian databases for enterprise operations on a weekly basi
  • s.Automation Solutio ns: Design, develop, test, and maintain automation solutions in both electrical and software domains across various process area
  • s.Inverter and Power Supply Upgrad es: Troubleshoot and upgrade AC-DC inverters and/or DC power supplies for Energy Cube testin
  • g.Remote and Flexible Wo rk: Be available to work on PLC/HMI/SCADA/Server/Electrical applications at any time, including nights, weekends, or holidays, aligned with production downtim

  • on:Bachelo r's degree in Electrical or Mechatronic Engineering requi
  • redAutomation Soluti ons: Capable of designing, developing, testing, and maintaining large-scale automation solutio
  • ns.PLC and HMI/SCADA Programm ing: At least 8 years of hands-on experience - Allen Brad
  • leyRobotic Arm Programm ing: Minimum of 5 years of experience, preferably with Fanuc programming skills, interfacing with PL
  • Cs.Networking Protoc ols: At least 5 years of experience with Ethernet/IP, Modbus TCP, RS485, and CIP Safety protoco
  • ls.Electrical Troubleshoot ing: Over 8 years of experience in troubleshooting 24VDC, 120VAC, and 480VAC systems. Comfortable with troubleshooting 1000VDC electrical circuitry and componen
  • ts.Technical Proficie ncy: Proficient in Allen Bradley (Rockwell Automation) PLC/HMI/SCADA, Fanuc Robot Arms, MES, Historian Server, and SQL Database solutio
  • ns.Certifications and Programm ing: Certificate in Lean-Six-Sigma and experience with high-level programming languages such as C++ is a pl
