NOTE: If selected for this position, you are required to perform ALL work within a commutable distance of your assigned Worksite Location. Three days a week onsite, Tues, Wed, Thurs, with Monday and Friday being remote.

Engineering Program Manager - Privacy Data Analyst

for our high-tech giant client located in San Francisco, CA for a Contract position.

Responsibilities:

1. Enforce requirements via monitoring to drive adherence and remediation when non-compliance is detected.
2. Conduct information-gathering interviews and information discovery in support of capturing information.
3. Perform analysis on ASE data and perform continuous compliance activities including metadata analysis, schema tagging, data retention checks, and access control.
4. Participate in Compliance audits (internal and external).
5. Help with Documentation (PIA, LIA, ROPA).
6. Help with End of Life (EOL) process to update every year.

Qualifications:

1. Privacy Analyst with 4-5 years experience in Program Engineer with (EPM) experience.
2. Highly organized cross-functional, Program Manager.
3. Privacy compliance and project management knowledge is required.
4. Experience with End of Life (EOL) process.
5. Experience with Data Privacy.
6. Strong experience with Data Life Cycle.
