Senior Engineer - Application Development

This is an exciting opportunity for an individual to contribute to automation of manufacturing processes by developing systems and software solutions for electrical testing, automated inspection, robotic handling, and equipment integration.

Your Responsibilities

• Creating and modifying test plans and test systems.
• Verification and validation activities, documentation, troubleshooting, and performance analysis.
• Design and Development of complex test plans and test systems.
• Project management including planning and monitoring.
• Collaboration and mentoring less senior team members.
• Providing technical leadership to the team.
• Collaboration with cross-functional team.
• Continuously evaluate and improve existing systems, processes, and practices to drive efficiency, scalability, and innovation.
• Other duties may be assigned at the discretion of the manager.

Your Profile

Education and Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in the field of computer engineering, computer science, electrical engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in manufacturing test, automation, or a related field.
• Knowledge of advanced programming languages and software tools for test automation.
• Expertise with microcontroller and microprocessor-based systems.
• Experience in failure analysis and root cause investigation.

Additional Preferred Knowledge, Skills, Abilities :

• Master’s degree in the field of computer engineering, computer science or electrical engineering
• Experience with C# software development
• Experience with robotics and machine vision
• Experience in electronic circuit design and system integration.
• Experience with Agile methodology and tools
• Experience in medical device or similarly regulated industry
