As a UX Designer for this project, you will play a pivotal role in crafting the user experience for a prototype that will lay the foundation for an upcoming women's career development app. Your focus will be on understanding the unique needs and aspirations of our female users and translating those insights into a user-centered design. Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals, target audience, and user requirements.

Requirements
- Proven experience as a UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design projects.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, or similar.
- Solid understanding of user research and usability testing methodologies.
- Empathy for the needs and challenges faced by women in their career development.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently, meet project deadlines, and adapt to changes.
