Gridiron IT is seeking a Back End Developer in the Washington, DC area.
Role Description:
Design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. Provide support to develop web-based applications including online customer service to transform government agencies to be able to deliver their services online. Provide support in developing the site concept, interface design, and architecture of the website. Provide support for the implementation of interfaces to applications. Working knowledge and experience coding in Java is required. Knowledge of several of the following areas is desirable: Active Server Pages, JavaScript, Visual Basic, Access, HTML, DBMS's (ex. - Oracle, Sybase, etc.) and knowledge of SQL in SQL Server.
