• Perform sustaining, design, development, and planning including layout, analysis, evaluation, prototype build and testing of RF microwave circuits up to 50 GHz.
• Perform qualitative and quantitative tests to determine properties, characteristics, and performance of materials, circuits, mechanisms, assemblies, and systems.
• Lead efforts to troubleshoot and analyze RF system issues in Manufacturing.
• Provide an alternative component, change BOM and investigate/support supply chain issues.
• Improve yield problem and repair shop support for troubleshooting and RCA (Root Cause Analysis).
• Participate with members of management in the design and development of products and analysis of customer requirements.
• Assist in the determination of a problem solution while considering form, fit, function, weight, product ability, manufacturing, product marketing and cost.
• Provide technical support as needed in various customer review meetings.
• Work with the respective Project Manager to generate and update Design and Development schedules.
Mandatory Technical / Functional Skills
• Must have experience with RF/Microwave.
• The primary role for this individual will be to perform design, analysis, and testing for RF/Microwave Hybrid assemblies in Oscillators, Amplifiers, Frequency Mixers, and Frequency Multipliers.
• Experience designing, simulating, implementing, testing, integrating, verifying, validating, and delivering RF/Microwave products.
• B.S. in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or similar STEM equivalent discipline.
