MuleSoft Developer needed for an opportunity with SOC's client to work in Newark, New Jersey.
Responsibilities
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced MuleSoft Developer. In this position, you will be responsible for the development, testing and support of APIs & Integrations leveraging MuleSoft Anypoint platform. You must understand user stories/requirements, design and develop integration solution to meet the business and end user requirements. You must be comfortable mentoring junior resources while working in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
In compliance with the Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the hourly rate range for this role is $50.00 to $60.00. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.

- Responsible for development, testing, support, documentation and deployment of APIs and Integration leveraging MuleSoft Anypoint platform
- Ensure the APIs & Integrations follow client standards
- Understand user stories/requirements, design and develop integration solution to meet the business and end user requirements
- Responsible for delivering high quality APIs & Integrations that meets acceptance criteria defined
- Conduct code review and maintain assets in repository following appropriate branching strategy
- Responsible for developing CI/CD pipelines
- Troubleshoot complex production issues with APIs, identify source of the issue and fix/work with the appropriate team to get the issue fixed
- Become a subject matter expert in MuleSoft Platform
- Continually analyze and innovate to develop the assets that improves the overall quality and success of the platform
- Provide mentorship to less experienced employees
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline. Additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
- 4+ years of experience as developer with a focus on enterprise integration platforms
- 3+ years of experience in developing solution leveraging MuleSoft platform
- Expert knowledge of MuleSoft platform capabilities with experience of server administration and physical deployment (On Cloud, On Premise and Hybrid)
- In depth experience in all aspects of Agile software development lifecycle
- Technically savvy and proven experience in working well in a highly dynamic environment while maintaining strong relationship with stakeholders & teammates
- Experience implementing integration solutions using APIs and web services technologies
- Experience mentoring junior level resources, consultants, and clients while leading internal initiatives
- Comfortable working in a fast paced, dynamic environment and willing to accept a change in priorities as necessary with a strong attention to detail
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Desirable to have two MuleSoft technical certifications
- Experience integrating with Salesforce, SAP is desirable.
- Experience with SAP XI/PI is highly desirable.
