Qualifications:
  • Implemented and supported desktop devices, applications, peripherals, telephone systems, network devices, airline-specific equipment (Kiosk, Flight Information Display Systems, Ramp Information Display Systems), and multiple server platforms.
  • Performed physical relocation of IT infrastructure devices (PC workstations, peripherals, phones, network routers, airport devices, etc.) as outlined in Service Requests.
  • Executed upgrade services, including changes to workgroup computers, peripherals, or software, as specified.
  • Verified and updated assets in compliance policies before any move.
  • Updated asset management systems regularly.
  • Troubleshot and resolved hardware and software issues supported by Field Operations.
  • Collaborated with Field Planning and Project Management teams, providing research and input for work orders and assisting with site surveys.
  • Performed preventative maintenance on operational devices.
  • Coordinated services with external vendors.
  • Installed, customized, maintained, tested, and troubleshot operating systems and related software.
  • Provided on-site and on-call 24/7 support as needed.
  • Delivered technical support across the enterprise.
  • Configured, installed, maintained, tested, and troubleshot hardware systems.
  • Conducted root cause analysis to resolve service interruptions and prevent recurrences.
