Brief Description

As theDatabase Account Manager , you’ll serve as a team lead in the Database Account Management department. The Database Account Manager provides direct end-user support to our portfolio clients and assists in file generation and analysis in support of our clients’ fundraising efforts. Your role will be crucial in enhancing our clients' fundraising campaigns through data enhancement and audience segmentation.

Your impact:

  • Provide daily support to portfolio clients.
  • Execute client fundraising campaigns by enhancing data and segmenting audiences.
  • Assist in designing and enhancing reports, including layouts and formats, to aid in fundraising efforts.
  • Manage workflow documentation on assigned projects and ensure project deadlines are met.
  • Oversee automated data feeds between client databases.
  • Lead client training sessions on proprietary software.
  • Assist in testing proprietary software.


Your profile:

  • 5+ years of proven experience in database management.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.
  • 3+ years of supervisory experience.
  • Knowledge of fundraising software.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Well-developed project management skills.
  • A commitment to delivering error-free work and exceptional customer service.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • An ability to prioritize and multi-task effectively.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Some knowledge of SQL preferred.
