Full Stack .NET Developer
Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid - 3 days onsite, 2 days remote)
Candidate Preference: Local to Charlotte, NC or nearby areas.
Work Authorization: W2 Candidates only
Must-Have Skills:

• Experience: 4-6 years of software engineering experience
• .NET Core: Proficiency in .NET Core framework
• SQL: Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases
• C#: Expertise in C# programming language
• Front-end Development: 3+ years of experience with HTML, JavaScript, and CSS
• Reporting Services: Experience with SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services) and SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services)

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack .NET applications using .NET Core and C#.
• Build and implement both front-end and back-end components, utilizing HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for user interfaces.
• Interact with SQL databases, designing queries and stored procedures for efficient data management.
• Create and maintain reports using SSRS.
• Develop and manage data integration processes with SSIS.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful project delivery.
• Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues in a timely manner.

• Cloud Technologies: Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
• gile Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile development practices.
• Problem-Solving & Communication: Strong problem-solving skills and excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
