Direct testing and evaluation of new and problem electrical components (Controls, Motors, Heaters, valves, wiring, etc.). Supports field test initiatives and directives. Support software development and testing for appliance controls and operating modules Support and design the wire harnesses layouts. Support compliance to approval agency requirements. Support with development of wireless applications and components. Instruct assembly personnel how to properly install and connect electrical components. Guide test personnel how to efficiently troubleshoot appliances. Analyze field problems and returns. Support technical service in determining various causes and fix of problems reported from the field. Explore, develop, and recommend cost improvement ideas. Development of Tools and processes necessary to interact with control platforms as needed.
