Supply & Expediting Engineer

Overview:

Vallum Associates are partnering with a renewable energy client seeking a Supply & Expediting Engineer to join their team.

Responsibilities:

• Support the integration of Free Issue Equipment (FIE) into offshore packages, overseeing logistics, coordination, and necessary certifications.
• Manage expediting services, ensuring smooth supply chain operations and adherence to key project deadlines.
• Track manufacturing progress, perform inspections, and resolve any production issues that could affect timelines.
• Provide regular progress updates, confirm compliance with contracts, and ensure project timelines are met.
• Conduct field and desk inspections to ensure proper transport, delivery, and handling of materials.
• Expedite purchase orders, resolve transport challenges, and coordinate with suppliers and logistics teams.

Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree or relevant engineering background (Mechanical, Electrical, Marine, or Renewable Energy).
• Experience in renewable energy, power infrastructure, and managing supply chain logistics and contracts.
• 5+ years of experience in similar roles, with offshore experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and flexibility to travel, including internationally.
