A qualified candidate should possess:A strong work ethic and sense of self-motivationThe ability to work on multiple projects and meet multiple deadlinesA desire to work for a growing company, motivated to assist the communities that we are working forB.S. in Civil Engineering, or similar degreeExperience using CAD, Civil 3D, or other design software3-5 years of experience in Engineering or Construction (Preferred)A candidate with experience in hydraulics and water/wastewater design is also preferred.Job Duties would include:Initial Project Design, including drawings, permitting, and cost estimations for clientsResearch to ensure government compliance with all construction regulationsSite inspection (as needed) and test monitoring to ensure construction standards are being followed.Preparing reports that are to be presented to clients before, during, and after construction.Occasional travel for client meetings and site inspections.Applicants should be able to relocate or commute to our main office, located in North Vernon, IN, at least 2 days a week.
