VDH MS Dynamics Finance Developer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and experienced MS Dynamics Finance Developer to join our team in the public sector.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, customizing, and maintaining MS Dynamics 365 Finance solutions to meet the unique needs of our public sector clients.
This role requires strong technical skills, a deep understanding of financial processes, and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.
Primary Skills:
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations technical development and lead experience
Key Responsibilities:
Development:
Design, develop, and implement customizations and extensions for MS Dynamics 365 Finance modules, ensuring they meet the specific needs of public sector clients.
Customization:
Customize MS Dynamics 365 Finance to enhance functionality and improve user experience, including workflows, forms, and reports.
Integration:
Integrate MS Dynamics 365 Finance with other systems and applications, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability.
System Maintenance:
Maintain and support the MS Dynamics 365 Finance system, including troubleshooting, performance tuning, and upgrades.
Collaboration:
Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical guidance.
Documentation:
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for system design, development processes, and user guides.
Compliance and Security:
Ensure that all solutions adhere to public sector regulations, security standards, and best practices.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in MS Dynamics 365 Finance development, preferably within the public sector.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in MS Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations development.
Strong understanding of financial processes and accounting principles.
Experience with X++, C#, .NET, and other relevant programming languages.
Knowledge of Power Platform, Azure, and other Microsoft technologies.

Preferred Qualifications:
Certifications:
MS Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations certification.

Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
