In this role, you will use your digital marketing expertise to develop and manage SMS campaigns that drive results, ensuring compliance and effectiveness across multiple channels. Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple SMS marketing campaigns and digital communication projects from start to finish.
- Lead and deliver executive updates to senior leadership on campaign performance.
- Organize, execute, and prioritize team tasks and projects effectively.
- Develop communication content, data mapping, and monitor communications for compliance.
- Conduct quality assurance tests on links, images, and dynamic elements.
- Liaise with both internal and external stakeholders to define project deliverables.
- Design and execute User Acceptance Testing scripts for new digital capabilities.
- Continually assess operational processes and implement improvements.
- Track and respond to operational metrics, ensuring superior performance.
- Deliver regular status updates to key stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in Operations, IT, Project Management, or Consulting roles.
- Experience leading cross-functional team projects from requirements to implementation.
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in the energy sector.
- Proficiency in HTML, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Knowledge of SMS marketing best practices and CAN-SPAM Act compliance required.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
