Data Entry Specialist

Our team in Swanton,VT is seeking a Data Entry Specialist to join their team. Our next colleague will collaborate closely with the Product team, providing essential support in various product-related tasks. You will contribute to the accuracy of product data, and have the opportunity to work on exciting projects.
The Day-to-Day

• Assist with Marcom activities including preparing data for consumer catalogs;
• Support product photo & video shoots;
• Develop copy for advertising and monitor social media channels;
• Attend team meetings to discuss marketing strategies and updates;
• Update product parts and ensure accuracy of website data;
• Use Microsoft Teams & manage email communication effectively;
• Review documents for accuracy and organize part volumes;
• Manage Min/Max controls on ERP software.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel;
• Background in accounting or administration (experience or studies)
• Experience with ERP software is a plus;
• Familiarity with marketing and communication tasks;
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Part-Time position (24 to 28 hours per weeks);
