Role Description:

• Good experience preparing high level requirements document, functional and non-functional document and business requirement document.
• Very good analytical and communication skills
• Must be able to interact with clients business executives and technical team.
• Should be familiar with both waterfall and agile methodology.
• Ability to identify and solve solutions to complex problems.
• Ability to plan and organize across multiple technology services disciplines.
• Experience in Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud , Sales Cloud , Community Cloud, APEX , LWC
• Experience in CPQ familiarity is a plus
