About the Role:

We’re seeking a seasoned expert to lead the design and development of advanced Single Board Computers (SBCs) and Digital Signal Processing Cards for military, aerospace, and space applications. You’ll play a key role in architecting cutting-edge technology, driving innovation, and guiding teams across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design of complex card-level products through the full design cycle.
• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) across sites, offering strategic technical leadership.
• Plan and execute long-term technical projects with critical impact on company goals.
• Mentor junior engineers and influence cross-functional technical direction.
• Drive process improvements and lead peer reviews for technical development.

Requirements:

• 15+ years in SBCs/digital design for mil-aero programs (space program experience a plus).
• Expertise in high-speed interface design (PCIe Gen 3, DDR3/4, 10GbE) and standard bus architectures (VPX, VME, cPCI).
• Proficiency with OrCAD Schematic Capture and development tools.
• Strong technical writing, communication, and customer-facing presentation skills.

Education:

BSc with 10+ years, MSc with 8+ years, or PhD with 5+ years of relevant experience.
