Automation Developer III @ Charter
Duration: 12 month contract with likely extension
Location: 6360 S Fiddlers Green Cir Greenwood Village CO (3 days onsite)
Onsite requirements: 3 days each week

Skills needed:

• Targeting candidates with 3-5+ years' experience writing automation scripts
• Need candidates with ether strong TypeScript of JavaScript experiencer (TypeScript preferred)
• Candidates must have experience with WebDriverIO
• Prefer candidates who have exposure to Angular frameworks and have experience with Mobile Application products/initiatives
• Candidates with experience testing actual devices/hands-on is a nice-to-have

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Automation Developer III
• Responsible for designing and developing automated test scripts to support application testing.
• Analyze manual test cases and functional requirements and determine the balance of test coverage to be automated for reuse.
• Gathers information from the project team, designs, develops, unit tests, debugs, executes automated test cases, and prepares reports.
• Document results and facilitate review meetings with project team stakeholders.
• Identify solutions to automate test cases early in the test life cycle and work on projects of high complexity within one or more test/development environments.
• Work on multiple programs/systems/applications as a project team member.
• Considered a subject matter expert in test case automation.
Must Have:
5 + years of experience in test automation
3 + years of experience in Lead Role
Experience in WebDriverIO for automating web application test automation.
Experience in implementing BDD using Cucumber.
Experience in JavaScript or TypeScript scripting language.
Candidate must be on site from day 1.
Must work from office location 3 days per week.
Nice to Have:
A good understanding of the Angular framework.
Mobile application testing experience
Appium tool experience
Required Skills : - Typescript OR Javascript - WebDriverIO (Not regular web driver) - Good communication. Culture fit/personality is important to this manager
