Role: Senior Systems Engineer

Location: Atlanta, GA (Hybrid, Local Candidates Only)

Duration: 12+ Months Contract

Qualifications:

• AWS Expertise: 3-5 years of hands-on experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS).
• Openshift/ROSA Administration: 3-5 years of strong administrative skills in Openshift or Red Hat OpenShift Service on AWS (ROSA) environments.
• DevOps Proficiency: 2-4 years of experience in DevOps practices.
• Helm Charts & YAML: 2-4 years of experience with Helm charts and YAML configuration.

Responsibilities:

As a Senior Systems Engineer, you will be instrumental in the design, construction, testing, implementation, and optimization of infrastructure systems. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Level 1 Problem Resolution: Investigate and resolve level 1 issues related to network infrastructure hardware.
• Technical Analysis: Utilize standard tools to analyze, identify, and resolve technical problems effectively.
• Escalation Support: Act as an escalation point for level 1 incident management and problem resolution.
• Performance Enhancement: Analyze performance issues and recommend solutions to improve functionality, reliability, and usability.
• Cross-Functional Liaison: Serve as a liaison between customers, suppliers, and technical teams to resolve complex issues.
• Network System Integration: Perform high-level analysis of complex network system integrations.
• Advanced Design and Support: Lead teams in providing advanced design, architecture, and diagnostic support for network solutions.
• Solution Development: Design, configure, develop, integrate, and implement robust network solutions.
• Industry Knowledge Integration: Combine a solid understanding of IT with in-depth knowledge of relevant industry, business functions, or service offerings.
