About the role:

Oxygen is seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to play a pivotal role in advancing Oxygen's growth journey. As a DevOps Engineer, you will be at the forefront of our mission to establish fault-resistant, highly available infrastructure. Your responsibilities will encompass incident management, process development and implementation, and policy enforcement. Your primary focus will revolve around ensuring unwavering operational support for our customers, contributing to the delivery of top-tier products.

What you'll do:

  1. Administering and maintaining the project's infrastructure;
  2. Deploying and administering infrastructure services (Kubernetes clusters, cloud);
  3. Cloud to cloud migration;
  4. Supporting and developing CI/CD processes;
  5. Troubleshooting and supporting developers on the projects;
  6. Understanding and ability to propose infrastructure cost optimization;
  7. Understanding of cloud security and able to identify and mitigate system vulnerabilities.

About you:

  1. 3+ years of experience as a DevOps;
  2. Strong understanding of network infrastructure, web application architecture, cybersecurity;
  3. Experience with enterprise-level systems;
  4. Experience with CI/CD automation like Jenkins, GitHub Action, GitLab-ci;
  5. Experience with major cloud platforms: GCP, AWS;
  6. Experience with auditing systems: CloudTrail; Container orchestration experience: Docker, Kubernetes; Orchestration: Ansible, Chef, Puppet, etc.; Infrastructure as a code: Terraform, CloudFormation;
  7. Experience with logging and monitoring systems: Logstash/Elastic, OpenSearch, Cloudwatch, TIG-stack, Prometheus, NewRelic, etc.;
  8. Experience with cryptography key management solutions;
  9. Experience with cloud to cloud migration and multi-cloud setups is a big plus; Experience with scaled agile framework, SAFe as a plus;

Nice to have:

  1. Experience with Python (understand and read the code), experience with Postgres and RedShift, Airflow.

Compensation and Benefits:

The final compensation package for this role will be determined during the interview process and is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, geographic location, internal equity, education, skill set, experience, and training.
