Rate: $42 - $48/hr with FTE conversion ($90 - 120K)

Required Skills & Experience
Professional designations (e.g., RICS, CCE, CCM, AIA, PE, ASPE, AACEI, CVS, AVS, LEED AP, RA) 5-10 years of experience as a traditional estimator Large commercial/industrial project experience Knowledge of construction industry standards (NECA, MCA, etc.).

Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Electrical Estimator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for electrical projects, ensuring all aspects of the project are considered and accounted for. Additionally, they will be responsible for completing pricing and benchmarking research and maintaining project documents and files in an organized manner. This position is based out of Hillsboro and reports to the Technical Manager.
