Sr. DevOps Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

1. Building and implementing new and existing automation tools, working on ways to automate and improve development, build, test, and release processes.
2. Ensuring that systems are safe and secure from identified vulnerabilities.
3. Application and process configuration management.
4. Providing documentation and training on how to properly use the automated tools and processes.
5. Collaborating with core tools team, development teams, and business to ease the application into new requirements.
6. Need admin-level experience on below Tools: Bitbucket, Jenkins, Artifactory, Ansible, XLR, Openshift, Datical, Qtest, Octane.
7. Designing and developing CI/CD pipelines: Analyzing and understanding software development lifecycle needs to propose and design CI/CD pipelines.
8. Utilizing CI/CD tools and best practices to automate building, testing, deploying, and monitoring software releases.
9. Scripting languages like Groovy, YAML.
10. Integrating various tools and services (e.g., source code repositories, build servers, deployment platforms) into the CI/CD pipeline.
11. Configuring triggers, notifications, and automated rollbacks for reliable and efficient pipeline execution.
12. Implementing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines: Developing and writing scripts for pipeline automation using relevant scripting languages - Groovy, YAML.
13. Implementing continuous integration practices, including unit testing, code coverage, and static analysis.
14. Configuring continuous delivery workflows for various environments (e.g., development, staging, production).

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $70.00 per hour
