Job Description:

The Mobile Application Developer is a mid-career software developer engaged in mobile software development on at least one completed project as a primary mobile developer. A strong background in Microsoft .NET technologies and exposure to native Apple Development is required. The ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment with limited supervision is key to success in this role.

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the ongoing development and support efforts of our mobile applications backend services.
2. Design and code solutions for our mobile environment.
3. Work as part of a sprint team to build solutions.
4. Lead programmer on the backend development team.
5. Design solutions using MS Azure MBaaS (Mobile Backend as a Service).
6. Create automated test cases.
7. Help manage the backend environment.
8. Performance and availability monitoring automated testing.

Required Skills:

1. Expert skills in C# .Net, database design, API design, experience with IaaS, PaaS, and MBaaS.
2. Database design (MS SQL, MySQL, and DocumentDB).
3. Demonstrated experience with Jira, GitHub, Jenkins for application builds.
4. IaaS (2 years creating dev, test, stage, and production services for applications).
5. PaaS (1 year creating application components in PaaS).

Considerations:

1. Web site and/or mobile app ADA compliance experience.
