Title: Full Stack Developer
Level: Manager / Sr. Manager
Position Overview:
We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer with expertise in backend technologies such as PHP, Python, .NET Core; Web Platforms including Drupal, Wordpress, Optimzely, Shopify; and Front-end technologies, including, but not limited to: React, React Native, Vue, Nextjs, Gatsby, Astro etc. The ideal candidate will be a proactive individual with strong communication skills and a proven track record leading projects and overseeing other developers’ work. We are looking for a technologist who is self-motivated, requires minimal oversight, and is capable of both hands-on coding and managing an end-to-end development project.
Responsibilities:
- Lead development projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and provide technical solutions that meet their needs.
- Manage and mentor other developers, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Write clean, maintainable code using best practices and industry standards.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to established standards.
- Stay up to date with the latest technologies and trends in web development.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with the ability to present live, production, working samples of work, along with code samples
- Excellent communication skills with ability to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead projects and manage other developers.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and require minimal oversight.
- Detail-oriented with a passion for writing clean, efficient code.
- Experience conducting code reviews and providing constructive feedback.
